Digital Product Refund Policy
At Global Sound, we value customer satisfaction. However, since all our products are digital download files, the following refund policy applies:
General Rule
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or returns cannot be made after the download has been completed.
Exceptions
- Technical issue: If the product file is corrupt or cannot be opened, a new copy will be provided.
- Wrong product: If a different product than ordered was delivered, it will be corrected.
- Double charge: If you were charged multiple times for the same product, the extra charge will be refunded.
